Holistic health, also known as alternative medicine, is very popular in Europe and Asia. It goes under different names: Medicina Alternativa, Médecine non conventionnelle, Alternativmedizin, etc. reflecting the linguistic rainbow which forms Europe.

Despite being described as alternative to mainstream, drug-based medicine, this kind of medicine has been around well before the medicine system it is supposed to be an alternative to. Like it makes sense for people to use both legs and hands, based on the task they want to accomplish, and no one would propose to limit which them we can use (based on ideological preference for one of them), we hope one day that holistic medicine and mainstream medicine will be one.

To provide our small contribution to this process, we created this site, to talk in European languages about holistic medicine.
